As a first time mom, the one on one class has completely shifted my view on childbirth and has given me a level of confidence I desperately needed. Bre was professional but friendly and relatable, sooo knowledgeable and her method of teaching and communication was top tier. I would recommend her to any parent-to-be, especially first time moms.

This class was very informative, and I was able to out some of my anxious feelings aside as we gained clarity on somethings we didn't know. We were given such a plethora of value information which proved vital. You came and shared first hand experiences which made the class feel comfortable. Thank you so much once again!!

Very informative and helpful information especially for first time moms. You would think you know everything but you would come out of the class with new insight on certain topics which can be really beneficial to the birthing experience.

This session was awesome! As a first time dad, I can honestly say that even I learned a lot from this experience. Focus was placed on full disclosure of information relative to child birth, straight down to how partners can support in detail. This is something I really appreciated because this was a question I had lingering for quite some time now, and I'm more comfortable going into this due to the inclusion of the partners in these teachings. 10/10 - would definitely recommend!

My massage was more than needed. The PP team ensured that I was comfortable during my entire session and knowing that she is recommended by doctors also put any concerns at ease. Highly recommend her services

The individual Lamaze session was jam packed with information. As I’ve done other Lamaze classes with my first born, I was expecting more breathing exercises but this was focused on understanding the process the body goes through during labor. The one on one was great as it meant my husband and I could ask questions and get more tailored advice and information. I also liked how the discussion was about understanding my options and how to advocate for myself. Again something I never even knew was an option with my first born. At the end of the session I left with actionable steps: a list of questions to discuss with my doctor and to-do list to prepare myself and my body for the delivery of my choosing. I would recommend this class for anyone preparing for delivery.

Awesome awesome awesome service! I felt really relaxed during and after the massage. Her soft voice and passion for what she does makes the experience even more worth it. I would recommend this kind of pampering to anyone, especially the mothers who are looking for someone very knowledgeable in this field.

The lower part of my body was so painful and heavy this time around, however after my service with prenatal pampering my leg, hips and thigh pain were no more!!!!! Loved every minute of it 💕

Highly highly recommend , I’ve been getting massage from her from my first pregnancy and I also did a session with her for my c- section scar . Now I’m doing massages with her again with my 2 pregnancy because baby girl is in a breech position and was causing plenty pain and the massages did pretty well for that 🥰🥰🥰
